14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt to return or exchange any item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Easy Return Process

Simply bring the item to our Interlaken store or contact our support team with your order number. We will guide you through the quick return or exchange procedure.

Fast Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using your original payment method.
